MIR411.com assures that all rebates will
be processed and checks will be sent once the user follows all procedures and
policies as stated on the MIR rebate form and on this page.
MIR policies can be found on the rebate form issued by the vendor in addition to the
following:
1. The user must register the rebate before sending the rebate claim documents.
2. The user must follow the instructions issued by the vendor.
3. There will be no exceptions on missing dates or missing documents.
4. Vendors do not follow through with payment will be cut off and MIR411.com
will publish the names.
5. The user must communicate through emails. For general questions, email to
rebate@MIR411.com.
No phone calls will be accepted. Visit FAQ for frequently
asked questions.
6. The rebate will be void if the rebate form was not signed. Filling out and
submitting the rebate form confirms that the user has read and agreed to follow
the policy on the rebate form and on this webpage.
