Welcome to MIRprocessor
In order to process your rebate quickly and efficiently, please
follow the instructions below. A rebate approval notice
will be sent to you electronically, therefore please
enter a valid email address. Failure to follow
instructions or incorrect information will void rebate.
1. Please register the rebate online. Enter your personal information
in the correct fields. Please be sure to enter a valid
email address. This email address will be required for
you to check your rebate status. The address entered
will be the address to which the rebate check will be
sent. If you wish to have your rebate processed more
quickly, please select the Express Pay option. Please
note that a $5.00 fee will be deducted from your rebate
should you choose this option. You must still mail in the correct forms and
documents regardless of which option you choose.
2. Mail rebate to the address on the
form received from the vendor. Please follow the
instructions on the rebate form. Rebate will be denied if any
documents are missing or invalid. Rebate will also be denied
if the date of purchase is not within promotion period
or postmark date is outside the valid dates. Please do
not send in rebates before or after the valid postmark dates.
3. You may wish to check your rebate status online 30 days after you
have sent in the rebate form. MIRprocessor is not responsible
for lost checks during delivery. Checking rebate status
online before the check is sent will assure the address is correct
for your check delivery. Please consult the

4. Rebate check will be mailed to you 6-8 weeks
after the last postmark date
of each promotion if the rebate is approved.
